What we do
Emergency carpet cleaning is for the times when the carpet has to be handled today, not on the next open appointment. A wine or coffee spill before a party, a pet accident that keeps getting worse the longer it sits, a landlord walkthrough tomorrow morning, a showing that got scheduled for this afternoon. The common thread is a deadline, and the sooner we get to it, the better the result. Most fresh stains that come out completely on the same day become permanent if they sit and set for a week.
When you call, you reach a real person, not a menu. We ask a few quick questions about what spilled, what the carpet is, and how much time you have, then we tell you honestly whether we can get a truck out today and roughly when. If it is a true emergency we prioritize it. If a same-day slot is genuinely not available we tell you that too, and we talk you through what to do in the meantime so the situation does not get worse before we arrive.
We run the same truck-mount hot-water extraction we use on every job, which is what a fresh stain actually needs. The heat and the right pre-treatment break the stain loose while it is still fresh, and the vacuum pulls it and the moisture back out in the same pass. For pet accidents we treat the spot properly rather than masking it, because a fresh accident cleaned right away is far easier to fully resolve than one that has soaked into the pad.
This is a genuine water-damage restoration and standing-water flood is a different service. If you have standing water from a burst pipe or overflow, that is emergency water extraction, and we handle that too under a separate call-out. Owner Charon Russell runs jobs personally. Our process
First, the phone call. We answer live, get the details, and give you a straight answer on timing. While you wait, we may walk you through blotting a fresh spill or keeping pets off the area so the stain does not spread or set deeper.
On arrival we go straight to the problem area. We identify the stain and the fiber, pre-treat with the right chemistry, and give it a short dwell so it can break the stain loose. Then we extract with the truck-mount, pulling the stain and the moisture out in the same pass. If the rest of the room needs to match, we clean the full room so there is no clean patch sitting in a dirty carpet.
Because these are rush jobs, we set air movers when the carpet has to be dry and back in service fast, for a party, a showing, or a tenant move-in. We tell you a realistic dry time before we leave and walk the area with you so you can sign off before we pack up.

Emergency Carpet Cleaning FAQs
Can you really come out the same day?
Most days, yes, when the schedule allows, and we prioritize true emergencies. When you call we give you a straight answer on whether a same-day slot is open and roughly when we can arrive. If we genuinely cannot make it today, we tell you and walk you through what to do so the stain does not set before we get there.
How much does emergency or same-day carpet cleaning cost?
Pricing is based on the size of the area and the type of stain, similar to a standard clean, $150 to $300 for a whole home or a set per-room rate for a single room. There is no separate emergency surcharge for a same-day slot when one is available. We quote a firm range on the call before we head out.
What should I do with a fresh spill before you arrive?
Blot, do not rub. Press a clean white cloth or paper towel down to soak up as much liquid as you can, working from the outside of the spill inward. Do not scrub, and skip store spot-cleaners on anything you care about, since some set the stain. Keep pets and traffic off the spot and we handle the rest.
Can you get out a fresh pet accident completely?
A fresh accident cleaned the same day has a very good chance of coming out completely, because it has not yet soaked through into the pad and subfloor. We treat the spot properly rather than masking the smell. An accident that has sat and soaked in is harder and may need our dedicated pet stain and odor treatment.
Do you handle standing water from a burst pipe?
Standing water is a different service. That is emergency water extraction, where we pull the water out and dry the structure to standard. We handle that too, on a separate 24-hour call-out. If you have active standing water, tell us on the call and we send the right crew and equipment.
Can you get the carpet dry in time for my event or showing?
Usually, yes. We set high-velocity air movers on rush jobs to bring the dry-down well inside the normal window. Tell us your deadline when you call and we plan the visit and the drying around it so the carpet is dry and back in service in time.
